Ashanti Replace Fergie at Black Eyed Peas?

Shocking news comes from a band from the United States (U.S.), Black Eyed Peas (BEP). Quoted from page Aceshowbiz, music group that decides the vacuum while it is rumored to be replacing Stacy Ferguson or better known by his stage name Fergie with other singers. MediaTakeOut site is claiming that Fergie will be replaced by R & B singer from the U.S., Ashanti.
 
Ashanti Shequoiya Douglas is an American recording artist, record producer and actress who rose to fame in the early 2000s. Ashanti Shequoiya Douglas was born on October 13, 1980, in Glen Cove, New York.  Her mother, Tina Douglas, is a former dance teacher, and her father, Ken-Kaide Thomas Douglas, is a former singer. She has a younger sister named Kenashia. Her mother named her after the Ashanti Empire in Ghana; in this nation, women had power and influence, and Ashanti's mother wanted her daughter to follow that model.

Rumors are circulating, Ashanti has been invited to the BEP in their world tour. The move is touted as an audition to see if the singer of 'Always On Time' was able to work together with other BEP personnel.

"That The band (BEP) is seeking a replacement (Fergie) today," said one source in the music industry.

Until now, there has been no comment on rumors. However, Fergie was claimed to want to focus more on fostering domestic life with her husband, Josh Duhamel. "I am very enthusiastic," said Fergie to E! News.

Support comes from fellow members of the BEP, Taboo. In an interview with New Times, Taboo said, "We must respect the Ferg. Ferg is our sister. She really wanted to have a family, and we join him happy.
