Desperate Housewives star who has a stake in Beso Restaurant, Los Angeles, it's got a lawsuit from a visitor named Luiza Boyadjian. Allegedly, Luiza slipping on the floor until the wounds, while celebrating her birthday at the restaurant.
According to legal documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Luiza claim it to be when she rose from her chair.
"She suddenly slipped and fell because the floor is very slippery," she was quoted by Femalefirst, Friday (11/25/2011).
